7-Day Return & Exchange Window
We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible:
The product must be unused and in original condition.
Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact.
Products showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse will not be accepted.
Eligible Reasons for Return/Exchange
You can request a return or exchange if:
You received the wrong product.
The product arrived damaged or defective.
You received the wrong size.
There is a manufacturing issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:
Used or worn footwear/apparel.
Products without original packaging.
Minor color variation due to screen/display settings.
Items purchased during special clearance or final sale offers.
Exchange Policy
Need a different size or color?
We offer exchanges based on product availability. If the requested size/product is unavailable, store credit or refund options may be provided.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank/payment provider.
For COD orders, refund details will be collected manually.
Return Pickup
Reverse pickup service is available in selected pin codes.
If pickup is unavailable in your area, customers may need to self-ship the product.
Shipping charges may apply in certain exchange cases.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Share clear images/videos of the issue along with your order ID.
